Candace Cooper, M.A.
Candace Cooper is an author, speaker, and professor dedicated to helping people transform and transition through adulthood. For the past two decades, she has helped people develop strategies for success academically, relationally, spiritually, and professionally.
As a midlife analyst, she offers tools to help navigate life through the thundering 30s into the soaring 60s. With twenty years of college-level teaching and academic research in midlife transitions, she has dedicated her life to helping adults of all ages thrive.
Candace is a doctoral candidate at Southern Methodist University, researching the intersection between middle adulthood and positive psychology in American memoirs.
